Our House,
LLC has been providing assisted living for seniors since
1996, and from the beginning they’ve felt that providing
support and care in a hometown setting was a major goal.
Professionally trained staff are available to assist and
provide residents with housekeeping, laundry, meals,
life enrichment activities, personal care, and if
needed, medication management. Providing a smile, or a
hug, and treating each resident as a unique and valued
individual is their mission. |
| Our House
prides itself on providing quality care with an eye for
detail and is dedicated to serving each resident’s
physical and emotional needs while affording them
dignity and privacy in a warm, beautiful, and home-like
environment. The
Our House Richland Center project, currently under
construction on Orange Street, will offer Memory Care
and Assisted Living Apartments to the seniors in our
community. Construction is planned to be completed in
fall 2005. |

The Memory
Care residence offers specialized services to seniors
with dementia or other memory loss conditions, and staff
is available 24 hours a day to meet the needs of
residents. The staff receives on-going training for
caring for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The
residence will have 21 spacious rooms, each with their
own bathroom, a central dining room with 3 home cooked
meals a day, and spacious living areas. Life enrichment
activities will be planned around resident’s interests
and families have the peace of mind that their loved
ones are being well taken care of. |

There will
also be another residence with 20 one- and two-bedroom
assisted living apartments available. The apartments
will include fully equipped kitchenettes, a private
bathroom with walk-in shower, access for private phone
and cable TV, and individualized heating and air
conditioning. A central dining room offering 3 meals
daily, along with spacious living areas and planned
social activities provide residential interaction for
those tenants who enjoy mingling with their neighbors.
Other services are made available to the tenants living
at Our House as needed. |

Our House presently operates
twenty-five residences in Wisconsin: Baraboo, Cambridge,
Chippewa Falls Assisted Care, Chippewa Falls Memory
Care, Eau Claire, Janesville Assisted Care, Janesville
Memory Care, Lodi, Medford, Menomonie, New Richmond,
Platteville, Plover Assisted Care, Plover Memory Care,
Reedsburg, Rice Lake Assisted Care, Rice Lake Memory
Care, River Falls, Wausau Assisted Care (2), Whitewater
Memory Care, Wisconsin Dells Assisted Care, WI Dells
Memory Care, and Wisconsin Rapids Assisted Care(2).
There are also two homes in Austin, Minnesota, one of
which specializes in Memory Care. |
