Jay Frazier, who today is an ERA
Real Estate professional, grew up in southwest Wisconsin and
after high school took the opportunity to enter the
family-owned lumber business. While he enjoyed the
forest industry, his search for a profession that would provide a more
fulfilling career brought him to ERA Country Land Realty, Ltd. Real Estate offered him opportunities to interact with a greater
variety of people and to help them find properties that fit
their lives. He was drawn to ERA after dealing with them
personally. Jay felt they had an excellent reputation, were
knowledgeable, experienced, and professional; all of the
characteristics that he wanted to portray in his own life and
career. |
| Jay recently got his brokers license, helping
him to expand his knowledge and serve his clients better. He
says of his career, “I don’t like to coast!” He brings energy to
his work, and continues to grow by attending seminars and
continuing education classes that keep him in touch with new
information and procedures. |

Jay says that his success comes from
treating people the way he likes to be treated; fairly and
honestly. “As a company, we strive to be honest with our
buyers and sellers. Bending the truth to sell or list a
property just isn't the way we do business.” There are two Realtors and an administrative assistant
in ERA’s Richland Center office, which opened in 1999. Their
Spring Green office opened in1974 and has four Realtors.
Together they provide professional services for residential and
commercial properties, as well as vacant land and farms
throughout the six county area encompassing Southwest Wisconsin.
Jay admits he puts in long hours, but truly enjoys what he does.
He and his wife Jill have two children, Bradlee and Amber, who
love the hills, rivers and back roads of this part of the
state. |

Jay is a REALTOR®
and Sales Associate for ERA Country Land Realty, Ltd. He joined
ERA in 2004 and reached his goals of becoming a member of ERA’s
Million Dollar Club in his first six months in the business and
a multi million dollar club member at the end of his first year. He
is also a member of the national, state, and local REALTOR®
Associations. |
